16/10 Kaffioyra

 Day 14:

Today is our last day on the boat. We anchored at the Polish Copernicus University Polar station in Kaffioyra in the morning, and after a short hike, we explored the surrounding area. I discovered a stunning frozen lake and managed to capture some beautiful images of the water around the ice bubbles. The harbor was teeming with playful seals that followed our Zodiacs and frolicked with the air bubbles in the water.

The afternoon hike was also amazing, with the seals remaining active and following us everywhere.
